Would you consider Blue Grotto over Devils Den? If so, I may be able to swing this weekend in an effort to dive with my new computer.

Yeah I’d be OK with that - I haven’t been to either of them. My only concern with there was that I saw conflicting information on whether Advanced Open Water is required, which I don’t have - I was just certified for OW in August. If that’s not an issue though, and you’re fine diving with a novice, that sounds great to me.

What is the deepest depth that you have been diving on a regular basis?

Not past 40 really. The Blue Grotto website isn’t the best but if I’m reading correctly, it sounds like there’s a shelf around 60ft, and then it continues to around 100? 100 may be a bit of a jump from 40.

Nomadic - Blue Grotto is a nice easy dive and is good for beginners. There is even an air bell about 30ft down. There are training docks along the way down. Max depth is about 100 ft but you don’t have to go that deep and still have fun. I’m open water certified myself and love Blue Grotto, I’ve gone down to the 100ft mark several times and always felt safe. I would go with you but I’m working that day. If you go, have fun!
