So my question is; I have lost weight since I cut my seals which are latex, besides replacing them does anyone have any way to stop the leaking?

I agree. I don’t think there is any way to make them smaller/tighter.

Carefully applied heat may shrink the seal slightly, but then it would also lose some elasticity. If you’re looking at replacing it anyway, it may be worth a try with an emphasis on the word carefully. ;)
