 Orange Beach, AL dive buddy 4/6- 11

Hello All, I will be in Orange Beach the week of April 6 - 11 and would like to do some dives during the week. It’s early for the charters so I have one scheduled Sunday the 6th but would like to do at least one more beach or boat dive that week. Anyone looking for a dive partner this week?

Hi Louis,


The temps are on the low to mid 60degree range. Visibility is about 50 ft on an off shore dive. Shore dives have been about 15 feet but are getting better and will improve if the weather cooperates. This is based on a phone call to Down Under Dive shop in Gulf Shore.


Not the greatest conditions but I try to take advantage when I’m next to a body of water. The water temp still beats Lake Michigan here in Wisconsin.
