Does anyone know if there is an good underwater photography school or college? I am looking to take more then just the course from PADI. I was hoping to get into it at a more professional level. Any advise would be very appreciated.

Your best bet is to go to a college close to you and take what ever Photography classes they offer. You have to learn to shoot on land before you shoot underwater as conditions underwater are way different than what you will find on land. If you don’t get good pictures on land first you will most likely not get good pictures underwater. Once that is done then look to people like Cathy Church or Stephen Frink, who are some of the top professionals in underwater photography and they usually have really good clinics that you can attend. Hope this helps!!

I don’t know about actual qualifications, but you could always contact one of the great camera shops such as they will actually work with you and offer dive & photography workshops and give you lots of advise. They are really great!

I get my kit from Blue water photo store as they are very knowledgeable and offer these pro workshops on a regular basis
