You bought gear from somewhere else, so you must not trust my guidance. I tell you what, return that gear and I’ll get you a special discount on the gear we have here, but don’t tell the other students." If they refused to do that we were instructed to walk them back to the front counter to refund their class fees and boot them out of the class. ...I was FLABBERGASTED by this training!!!
