MYTH: Diving in California waters is cold and non-colorful.
TRUTH: Wear a 7 mil wetsuit for the 60-70 degree water and bring a dive light and I’ll show you as much color and variety in sea life in my own backyard than I have seen within any tropical reef system. In fact, when I’m on vacation at a tropical destination, I love the new experience, but I usually yearn to be back home diving in my local kelp forests :-)
MYTH: There is no such things as Mermaids.
TRUTH: I recently got my wife scuba certified :-)
