Heya, You need a lisence in some areas and depends on the type of fish. A lot of places have no-spear-fishing rules because of fish sancutaries. You definatley need a liscence to hunt cray. You can buy the lisence them from the local post office. You can only catch cray over specific size and the rangers do check.
