The question was how and not if. Sethness, if one defines a dive as going under water fully equipped would you deny that it was a dive if one did not have a "card"? How would you answer the question about all the early poineers in the field of diving...before the days of NAUI, PADI, SSI, etc........the days when shop made equipment forged diving into what it is today......all those would not be dives by the standard you have established. Just a thought.
