Boulder City is a cluster of huge underwater boulders. The majority of the boulders` surface is covered in soft corals as well as huge sea fans. The marine life is truly diverse and similar to the neighboring Shark Fin Reef. Humphead parrotfish are a speciality here, while manta rays and leopard sharks are also common.
