Unfortunately, you’ve got to be in the military to try this one. Diving is not allowed, but snorkeling is encouraged. You are guaranteeed to see sand sharks and sting rays at this site. Lodging, bathrooms and free gear are provided by the US Navy. Beautiful island if you ever get the chance to visit.
