After 2 minute boat ride from Long Caye, Glover’s Reef Atoll, you will find a nice white sandy bottom at about 25 feet deep. There is a mooring line and as you descend you will see Garden Eels, rays, turtles and much more. A 50 foot swim away is the world famous Long Caye Wall, one of Jacques Cousteau’s favorite dives, with huge coral formations and pinnacles teeming with diverse sea life, huge sponges and colorful and healthy coral. Then, just on the other side of these pinnacles, there is a 3000’ drop off, that runs over 18 miles long. Warm, clear water, no currents, great for novice divers, dive courses and yet thrilling for advanced divers. For more info check out www.offthewallbelize.com.
