Built in 1889, sank in 1909. This 152 foot wooden steam barge caught fire in a boiler before sinking. The heavy storm beat her apart when she sank. The boilers lie only 4’ below the surface and the 8’ propeller is also still on site. This wreck lies 1/4 mile off shore so a boat is necessary to access this wreck. Snorkelers may also enjoy this wreck from the surface during good visibility.
This site is seasonally marked with a Wisconsin Historical Society mooring buoy/
