This site is not recommended during the summer as boat traffic would make it almost impossible to dive safely. Easiest access is to use the boat launch and swim east toward the bridge. Once under the bridge, you can have a look around the bridge piers before continuing on east to the rail cars. There is also parts of the old rail bridge in the same area as the rail cars.
