Named McDonald’s because of the arch that you can swim through with ease. Located along the reef wall, this area is covered with an abundance of sea life. Begin your dive at about 50’ and follow the wall as deep as you are certified for and comfortable with. Sharks, turtles, rays and an amazing variety of tropical fish are frequently spotted here. Keep your eyes open for Lion Fish and lobsters.
This is part of a protected national park, so no fishing (including spear fishing) and be careful with those boat anchors. Use the mooring line to be sure not to damage the reef.
Guided dive tours operate in the area. If taking a cruise ship to Grand Turk, book your excursion dive through them. It makes everything simple and trustworthy.
