Giant Kelp Beds out of San Diego.

Three Fingers Reef is my favorite dive site in San Diego. It has amazing terrain, kelp growth and lots of fish. I definately recommend diving here. Depth range is 50 to 85 feet deep. This is also a great spot for Lobsters and Lingcod.
