This site was originally called Jason’s Anchors. Jason was the owner of a bar called the Wreck Bar back in the 80’s. He was attempting to raise one of the two old Danish anchors to use as a decoration at his bar however he passed away prior to that happening. The mooring is set in 43’. The first anchor lays out along the top of the reef due south from the mooring. The second anchor is nearby but almost impossible to see without having someone show you.
