Two barges are situated parallel to each other just out of sight of each other so the journey from barge #1 to barge #2

They had been used as temporary housing for soldiers during the war but after the war they were not needed and used by soldiers as target practice.

From Visitusvi.com The twin barges originally housed men’s quarters during WWII. After the war, they were demolished and sunk, creating the ideal habitat for marine life. Trumpetfish, big angelfish, feather dusters and Christmas tree worms hang topside, while squirrelfish, bigeyes and channel clinging crabs hide out in the crawl spaces

Interesting site. Visibility on dive was very bad that day. Good schools of fish inside barges.

nice relaxing dive! loved it! old barges are really broken down now but still lots of sea life everywhere.

I went scuba diving here on 5/21/2013. Average viz: 51-60ft/16-18m. Water temp: 81-85°F/27-29°C.
Dove this with the Admiralty Dive Boat. This was one of the most photographic wrecks we dove. Enjoyed every minute of this location.

Completely enjoyed the scenic wreckage interlaced with ample sea life and ideal visibility. This all makes for great photography and a enjoyable dive.
