Loading...

The name Whiteface comes from the appearance of the ironstone shoreline cliff that is directly inshore from this site off West Caicos in the Turks and Caicos Islands. The name Anchor or Spanish Anchor comes from the old shop anchor that is embedded in the coral within a swim through at the edge of the wall. Watch carefully, as the anchor has been there so long it is completely encrusted with sponges and corals. I went scuba diving here on 10/21/2013. Water temp: 81-85°F/27-29°C.
Met two beautiful large dolphins at 50’ coming back along the top of the wall. Just awesome!
