So here I am at 37 and dreading every Monday morning. I work for an insurance company behind a desk and process claims all day. Along with contemplating hanging a chandelier above my cube with a noose. I am currently working for a local charter company in BostonHarbor. I have been working full time in a part time job... Love it, but an extra 40 hours a week is tough. I am trying to get my captain’s license and also work towards instructor. Unfortunately it is easy to get depressed and lose sight of your goals. On top of that I have put on about 30 to 40lbs of relationship weight in the last 9 or 10 years. I am keep applying for jobs in the Florida and the Caribbean area. but it seems that unless you are a dive master or have your 100 ton, they are not willing to give you a chance.. God I sound like I should have Marlon Brandon replying "you can act like a man", but I would love to know if anyone has any advice or can steer me in the right direction. I sit at my desk 40 - 50 hours a week staring at my shark diving pics, or looking at my caribbean map on my wall listening to my berres hammond and Bob Marley cds.. Any advice.?
