New BC and Wreck Alley

I got to dive the Yukon at San Diego’s Wreck Alley again. It has been three years since I dived the Yukon and it has really changed. It is completely loaded with growth including madridians (sp), strawberry anemees (sp), and the kelp is growing quickly. There are lots of fish. As you have noticed, I am not into the little critters and plants as I don’t know how to spell them.

We also dived the Ruby E and the rocks of Green Tank, Point Loma kelp beds. Our divers saw lots of garibaldi, lobsters, and rock scallops.

I dived off the dive boat Marissa. It is a nice boat with an excellant crew. If you dive San Diego, definately make contact with Marissa they are on the net.

I dived with a new BC. It is an Oceanic Probe LX BC and I truely am happy with it. Now I have two other BCs to sell. The new BC is very comfortable and very balanced. I bought the BC at one of my local dive shops and they gave me a great price with excellant service. My other dive shop did not have Oceanic or ScubaPro, so I could not compare prices between the two. Dolphin Scuba and Fish Eye Scuba are shops that I support with my money.
