I got certified in the early ’90s and became a PADI Divemaster a few years later. I worked a lot of Open Water and Advanced classes throughout the nineties and early 2000’s.

During this time, I dove throughout Texas, both with classes and recreational groups. For the most part, I dove at Travis, Athens, Lake Whitney, and Lake Murray, but I’ve done most of the popular dive sites in Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas at least once.

I’ve lead dive trips to Cozumel on a number of occasions and have been there in total several dozen times. In addition, I’ve been to Grand Cayman a handful of times and in various islands in the eastern Caribbean.

After a 8 year hiatus, I’ve recently gotten back into it having been to Cozumel twice in the last 12 months.
