I’m 49 years young I’ve never scuba yet,I’m getting certified this weekend 6/14/14,something I’ve been putting off for way too long. I love the water I sometimes don’t want to ever get out of the water. It’s so peaceful and relaxing. I snorkel a lot I find that I am drawn more to springs than the ocean. But would do either one at the drop of a hat. I live in the water activity capital of the world Florida. I have 5 children 3 of which could care less if they never went diving. The other 2 loves to spear fish and just being in the water.
One wanted to learn to scuba but is going into the military in July so maybe when he gets out. My youngest will but he’s to caught up in sports right now and wouldn’t have the time for it. So next summer he will be going to scuba camp where he will be certified.
