The Scuba Sports Club (TSSC)  is an independent, not-for-profit scuba club with members from Westchester and surrounding counties. All are welcome at our monthly meetings which are held on the second Wednesday of the month in North White Plains, NY. And check out our dive and social eventcalendars!
Every quarter we publish a newsletter, the Sea Swells Log, which includes reports on our recent and upcoming activities. Many of the recent issues are available on-line.

Since the pandemic, TSSC has used Zoom meetings for our meetings/presentations. We are expected to resume our in person meetings in January 2022. Please check into The Scuba Sports Club website for additional notifications, events and joining the club at: TheScubaSportsClub.org

Located in Westchester County NY, The Scuba Sports Club has members in several surrounding counties as well as other States. Our usual meetings take place on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at:

Our dive schedule for 2020 has not been finalized yet but here are the proposed trips:
Cozumel January 2020 completed
Roatan April 25-May 2 finalized
Sicorro June finalizing
FL Wreck Trek August proposed
No Carolina September finalizing
Bonaire or other Sept/Oct working on it

The first membership meeting of 2020 will be held on January 8th at Sir John’s Restaurant in North White Plains, NY. Our speaker will be Dan Lieb and his presentation will be on "The Sunken Locomotives off Long Branch". The meeting begins at 7PM but we encourage earlier arrivals for socialization.

The Scuba Sports Club 2019 dive trip schedule:

June Egypt/Red Sea
August Key West/Wreck Trek
September North Carolina
October Little Cayman

Above are the remaining club dive trips for 2019. However, local trips are planned including a trip to the "Thousand Islands" in September as well. You may visit our website, TheScubaSportsClub.org and be placed on the mailing list as a guest/friend of TSSC. Once again, our club meetings are held on the second Wednesday of the month at Sir John’s Restaurant on Route 22 in North White Plains, NY. Meetings begin at 7PM but please come early and socialize. The next regular meeting of The Scuba Sports Club will beheld in North White Plains, NY on Wednesday, March 13, 2019. Meetings are open to guests and will meet at 7PM at Sir John’s Restaurant on Route 22.

Tonight’s guest speaker is the Hudson River Riverkeeper.

In addition, TSSC will be attending “Beneath the Sea” in Secaucus, NJ from March 30-31st. Please visit us at Booths 207-208 and see what exciting trips and activities that we have planned for 2019 into 2020.

The Scuba Sports Club is an active one with several dive trips and social events planned each year. While some of our trips are still being put together for 2019, others are confirmed. Here is what is planned for the year:

January Mexico confirmed (diving with bull sharks)
April Bimini
June Egypt confirmed
August Key West
September Thousand Islands
October Little Cayman Island

Non-members are welcome at our meetings. Why not come to our next one on February 13, 2019 and meet new dive buddies?
