You can search for one of our numerous dive shops. I use Mac’s Sports for most of my diving resources. 727-442-9931. We have lots of dive destinations in the Tampa / Clearwater / St. Pete area. Anything from dive charters / sink holes / fresh water springs. Mac’s should be able to point you in the right direction.

This site can be a good starting point too...

Happy Diving,

when I’m in that area I use Scuba Quest they have some nice dives out in the Gulf going out of Cortez and also they do some beach dives in Venice.

I was in Venice FL diving for meg teeth in Feb. it’s about an hour south of St Pete. I dove with Florida West Scuba it was alot of fun the equipment and service was 5 star padi.

yes st pete is only an hour from my home and the best diving is off shore(20mile plus) there are a few charters that will get you there and there’s dive boats that operate locally. I haven’t dove off any of them but august should be far enough notice. I’ll be glad to look up some local information also let me know dates and if weather permits I can accommodate two to four divers if I gat my brothers boat in on it we can do as many as 7,8. or head south to venice beach shore diving is rather poplar that is a hour south of st pete
