 Heart surgery

I am 70 years old and just had a heart valve replaced due to a murmur. Open heart surgery. I’ve completed cardio rehab.
I walk three miles a day 4/5 days a week
I’m going to my cardiologist for a stress test. When I pass ir can I/ should I dive.

What would you think on a dive boats eyeing my scar? Would you be my dive buddy?

My cardiologist is a diver, if yours isn’t check with DAN for advice
I have a Pacemaker and the manufacture uses the standard 130’ limit
Some dive ops have an age limit set by their insurance providers but you’re not there yet
Dan has an age limit but you’re cardiologist can sign a waiver that you’re fit to dive
