Hi Buddies!

I’m a TV producer working on a series for the Science Channel and want to get our (scuba diving certificated) host diving in the Brule River below the Devil’s Kettle falls, so the MN not the WI side. Has anyone done this? Do you know what the river is like and whether there are parts deep enough to dive/ what there is to see?

Any words of advice much appreciated! My email is harriet.bailey@optomenusa.com

Thanks,
Harriet

Thanks for your comments!

BillParker - I totally would if it was just me but I’m a slave to the risk assessment. At least to get the shoot approved...

Eric_R - The nearby outdoor outfitters reckon we need a whitewater raft on that part of the river. They also know people have scuba’d there before so it’s possible without certain death.

I don’t want to send my host in there blind/ alone so if anyone can shed light on the area or can join us as a guide let me know? We’re filming next weekend (Sat 16th).

Smithsgold - I will! Or maybe you’ll have to wait for the show to air to find out ;)
