I’m looking for a used dive ladder I can mount on the front of my pontoon boat.

Not really, I can fabricate one myself because I weld. It would be cheaper to find a used one.

But will it be the one you want? I find a lot of my materials at a local scrap yard.

Thanks EskimoBluDay. That was on of my concern also. I included the boat cross members for added support in my design. My plan was to find an old ladder, a fix it at an angle, weld a bottom stand for removing fins.
