Do not think they started it yet . Dove the West bridge . conditions great . I have a vacation at the end of the month I most likly will dive it 8/28/ 12 if interested . I am going to post it latter ........

I thought the blue heron dive club on FB had posted that construction of the reef had begun.

I was down there last month, may go in September but more likely in the fall.

I dove the reef & it’s going to be good .
