When I was new to the area, I did a member search to find potential buddies in my area. Then, I contacted them directly instead of just posting on the forum and I had better luck.
That said, if you’re willing to make the drive, you’re always welcome to join my buddies and me in our neck of the woods. With all this rain (and resulting runoff), you’ll find that the water is clearer the further east you get of the Mississippi.
