Make sure you drink a ton of water.. Eat more fruits and veggies and lean meats. I love chicken and fish. I stay away from red meats and only use them has a reward. I would warn anyone from using any kind of **diet Cure pill** but I have a health food store here in my town and I use several things that actually help to fill me up.. 1. Flax seed - ground you can springle it on your foods. 2. Liquid Hoodia - pure form.. It tast nasty but it is all hoodie and does work and because it is liquid it gets into your system faster. You will need to to go a health food store for this. 3. Fiber and protein tabs. Granted I have spoke to my doctor before hand and made sure this was good for me. Since I am a cancer survivor this was important to me to get my body back in shape and fill great, cause I have to dive.. lol there are tons of tricks and only you know your body.. for me I was lucky withthe above I have gone from a size 13 to a size 7/8 and plan to go to back to my 5. I should say I do work out too. Wow I sound like a commerical.. Good luck

The diet really doesn`t matter as much as burning calories. The trick is to limit your caloric intake and get active. Exercise will both make you lose weigh and get you ready to dive.
