Hey out there; Looking for someone who might be available to do a day of diving out of Ventura Harbor on Thurs. 9/22 or Fri. 9/23.

Looking to test out a new camera/housing before a live-aboard trip.

Ventura is a bit out of the way for me for a mid-week dive. But if you are flexible and can dive further South, perhaps PV or Laguna, I might be up for it if the shore conditions warrant. Or you can join our private charter this Saturday to Farnsworth Bank. A couple spots just opened up.

Can’t go on the weekend due to other commitments. Will get back to you about going South. Usually dive Ventura to avoid the stupidity of the drive from Pedro or Long Beach back to the valley at 5-6p.

Just the opposite for me. I work in Santa Fe Springs and need to dive either early in the morning (8-9am) or early evening (4-5pm) in order to either come to work early or go home early. Let’s keep an eye on the conditions as we get closer. I think Old Marineland would be a perfect workout for your new camera, especially for macro subjects. I’ve got a twin jogging stroller to make the hike down with gear a breeze.
