Cayman Resort Recommendation

I would like to go dive in the Caymans next winter. I am looking for a good dive operation at a nice resort in the moderate price range with some beach and amenities for a non-diving spouse - recommendations?

Cobalt Coast and Dive Tech are nice operations but a long way from town for your spouse. There is a shuttle bus on the island that is easy to use and gives you more of the island flavor.

Sunset House is within walking distance of town if she likes to walk, if not there is the above mentioned bus and plenty of cabs on that road.

I stood at Sunset House on Grand Cayman and enjoyed it. I second the walking into town, the location is nice and there is a good photo shop on site there which I also a plus.

Speaking of walking into town, a fish sandwich for lunch at Hammerheads is a must, another bar about a block closer to 7 mile feeds the tarpoon every evening and she might enjoy that. These are the same tarpoon you will dive with at Tarpoon caves or BurgerKing.

I have a group heading down to Little Cayman Beach Resort this June. Have 1 room (2 spaces) left. Feel free to contact me if interested.

I’m going March 5 (second time) and staying at the Morritt’s Tortuga resort. There is a dive shop onsite, Tortuga Divers.
