 Setting default profile picture

How do I set the default picture for my profile?

The photos page reads:

"Click a photo to make changes, add the photo’s map location or to update your default profile photo."

But then the screen it takes you to has not option to do so.

When you add the pictures toward the bottom is a drop down ment that ask "make profile default" select this and you should be set
