Hey Compas,
My wife’s son lives in the state of Bahia, Brazil. We have done some internet research for diving Brazil and found what seems to be some good opportunities. Brazil’s Bahia coastline seems to be mostly sand with little in the way of coral reefs or rock reefs. I wonder if it is an untapped diver’s paradise, or not geologically suitable for reefs and good diving. Nonetheless, there appear to be some good diving opportunities even if Bahia is not suitable for bubble-blowers.

Good Luck, and please report your Brazillian diving experience to DiveBuddies as I need to know!
