I for one like to have a back-up of my dive log for two reasons, first I like to more information then I can put in my log such as the profile of the dive and SAC rate, second I have a copy of all the information just in case my log book gets lost
It would also be nice to insert photos or video taken on the dive, this would give a diver a full record off his dive something that could not be done straight after the dive
