I get the bubbles in my ears too after diving. I as much just attribute it to water in my ears and the air bubbling out as I tilt my head. Never really gave much thought to it. Maybe try OTC water in ear cleaning solution. Some people dump a little rubbing alcohol in there to dry them out. Other suggestions i’ve heard include a 3 to 1 mix of water to white vinegar.
