Back when I actually kept a print dive log I found a computer program (Print utility) that reduced the pages from "Giant Stride" which is my computer dive log (Written for Windows 95 and no longer available). It allowed me to print two entries on each page. You could also add a watermark so if I was on a trip I could use the resorts or liveaboards logo as the background.
By using both sides that would be four dives per page but I tended to print a photo from one of the dives on the facing page or a dive map so I really wasn’t saving pages, just making it more of a book.
You could do the same if you are good with a spread sheet program.
