PADI Standards state the instructor must submit PICS (paper or Online) within 7 Days of the course ending. Most will submit and get the temporary cards same day. However, I did get the email from the PIC Online Submission that she did submit it last night, however I have sent a two page word doc to padi about everything that transpired.
