Yes, you can consolidate and use a integrated octo/inflator and the first stage has 2 different sized ports which differentiate the high and low pressure sides.
Now for more important considerations....
First let me say that I myself use a integrated octo to dive whether wet or dry suit.
That said: Using a integrated octo requires different skills to deal with buoyancy and breathing on the same unit. It’s in the timing of when you take a breath and exhaust air out of the BCD to keep from ascending too fast. The skills should be practice and made second nature just like any other scuba skill.
With a dry suit however you should only have air in the BCD at the surface and the dry suit is used to compensate for neutral buoyancy.
