If it’s the 150 lumen version it is old stock the new ones have been 377 lumens for closing in on 2 years.
I know I have 1 of each in my collection. Sale prices can be lower than $90 new. My 377 Lumen was purchased at the Long Beach Scuba show from Sport Chalet in June of 2012 for $69 but prices have risen since.
