How about attaching a carabiner, with a stringer, to the anchor line and a float bag to the other end of the stringer. fill the bag and it`ll rise up to the boat where someone on the boat can collect your catch or you can pull them in when you get back to the surface. might work. and if you have something on the anchor line to stop the carabiner from sinking to the sea floor, the boatman can send the stringer back down to you PEACE D
