use small inner tube from something like a wheelbarrow. put them on the line for your dive flag each with a hook put fish in a dive bag/ cheap laundry bag clip to the hook, inflate tube (you need a inlator inner tubes and up goes your catch. cheap and easy, i use this for lobsters so i don`t have to drag the lobsters everywhere
