I and was in Grand Cayman just before the holidays for 8 days and stood at Sunset House and really enjoyed my stay there. We did two morning boat dives, and then unlimited shore diving all day long (if you want to go crazy, you can literally dive around the clock, one guy was crazy and would do 7 dives a day...the most I did was 5 in a day and I was exhausted by the end of the day). The shore dives there are nice, they have the "famous" Amphitrite, 9 foot bronze mermaid statue as well as a small ship wreck (a WWII troop carrier).
