From scubachick76: Deep frying seems to be the big thing. It cooks quicker & is more convenient. I will have to try this in the near future. Injecting is something we tried but not as much success inregards to flavor. The brine really helps flavor the turkey entirely.
Ah but as everything else, timing is critical and ingredients, injecting is best done min 4+ hours (longer the better) or more before cooking! Saving some unused brine is great injected!
