I went scuba diving here on 8/6/2023. Average viz: Under 5ft/2m. Water temp: 71-75°F/22-24°C.
We dove off the Nokie, which is my boat. We found the ferry after a short swim around. We had good intel on it’s location but it was closer to short than expected. The northern most swim buoy for Ackers Point resort was in the middle of the wreck. This is only about 5 ft deep at the bow whicih is the only thing sticking up. I wouldn’t dive it unless your into history but the lake is still a great dive. We grubbed for bottles for the rest of the dive and found a few. The lake has a lot of history.

Not a lot of the wreck to see. Only the Bottom half of the bows keel is sticking up from the bottom. If your into history and wanting to see something then I would do it before this ferry is gone. Its only in about 5 ft of water.
