This was a cool but intimidating few dives. We eventually got down to EXACTLY 150’ in the cavern zone at the end of an AN/DP class, going into planned Deco. I used cave filled manifold double LP95s w/ air for back gas, an AL80 EAN34 traveler, and clipped off a 100% oxygen AL40 deco bottle in the beginning. The dives were planned on MultiDeco and I used Shearwater Perdix AI computers to control deco stops. If you don’t have cavern with AN/DP at minimum, with full cave and trimix recommended, don’t dive here. People die in this cave. The deep death sign was on top of the mound was at 128’ when I went.
