From the 133 going toward Laguna Beach, make a left at PCH and right at Mountain. There or across the street you can park (metered parking 3 Hour Max). Once you decend the stairs at Mountain you enter in front of the stairs kick out 230 heading and once you hit the thickest kept drop down and continue toward 230 to 46 ft (about 0.25 mile out) . Along that trip there are lots of rocky reefs, crevices, caverns and swim through’s . A unique site to change it up from the typical kelp forest.
