Clais Lagoon is a boat accessible salt water dive site, located at Sessions Hall, Mathry, Pembrokeshire SA62 5HB, United Kingdom. Clais Lagoon is around 10 minutes from Pont-Clais harbor by boat, the rocks form a crescent running from the west around to the east, when the winds are from the north west this makes the prefect site when other sites are blown out.

At low tide the water depth is 7 meters, after the decent you will find the bottom sandy, heading west you reach the rock wall, then following this wall to the south you reach a maximum depth of 15.5 meters, the sandy bottom turns to broken rocks fringed with kelp, on the wall you will find Snakelock Anemones, Dalia Anemone, Urchins, Starfish, Soft Corals Sponges and Nudis, darting in and out of the kelp expect to see Ballan Wrasse and Pollock.


The broken rocky sea floor is home to, Sea Cucumbers, Velvet Swimming Crabs, Spider Crab Lobster. Prawns and Squat Lobster.

Heading back along the wall head north east to a large rock pinnacle the top of which at low water is just a meter under the surface at the base of the pinnacle the depth is 13.5 meters again the rocky face is covered with marine life, heading around the rock in a clockwork direction will bring you to a small swim- though, which is home to more Lobster, large prawns and squat lobster,
