Beadnell, Knacker hole, I dived here hundreds of times over the years and consider this to be one of the bst dives in the UK.

When you go into Beadnell Village, the is a house on a promentry on the left on the shore line the Naker whole is behind this just bover the embankment youll see a large round bacy, hence the name.

Dive a low tide, walk along the right hand arm of the reef, drop in and swim out a few yards to the reef edge and keep the reef on your right sholder, it mianders for about a mile, swim in an out of the cut back and there is a gap in the reef at one point just wide enough to fit a diver through go through, follow the reef and at about 70% cyclinder, go over the reef and head south youll find the yewlan wrech, well brokken but a good dive on its own, your now only 20 years Beadnell big wreck, you can surface and exit here.

Dont dive when there is any east in the wind, vis can be brillaint and very poor, Ive seen 1m vis and 30 meters in the same place, there is lots of life on the reef walls.
