Equipment malfunction! Dive buddy was out of air, I still had 1k psi left and started sharing. Somehow the pressure knocked a faulty pin loose in the tank which shut off my air completely while we were still 80’ deep and I started inhaling water. The dive leader that helped me said I was in and out of consciousness while we ascended. The most terrifying experience of my life! However, the dive itself was incredible and I plan to do it again.
